The pick of the two models is the V6 all-wheel-drive Manual Brera with it’s Holden-sourced engine block that received an extensive over-haul from the Alfa Romeo design team.

The long awaited Suzuki Jimny has returned to Australian and the new model fully embodies the core character of the off-roader that has been around for almost 50 years.

CAR RESTORATIONS

The trusty CarsofAustralia Lime Green Rover 3500 (P6) has been with us for over 17 years and it has had a lot of improvements done to it during that time.

Unfortunately the Rover has not always enjoyed covered accommodation during that time and has often been parked outside on our driveway in Sydney.

So the time has come to remove the rust and undertake some other restoration work to get the Rover all sorted.

Plastic Roads are now a reality

An alternative for constructing our roads and highways in now a reality with Plastic roads from recycled bottles in the early days of becoming a commercially viable option in Europe.

The VolkerWessels construction company started working on plastic roads back in 2015 and has been installing their Plastic Road panels since 2018 on minor roads, cycle paths, railway access and car parks.

Ineos Grenadier is coming to Australia

At a time when Live-axle, ladder-frame four-wheel drive vehicles are becoming a thing of the past the Ineos Grenadier is set to wind back the clock for local buyers wanting an off-roader that offers the emissions and safety standards that are expected on modern vehicles.

Australian buyers can now place their order for the 4x4 off-roader Ineos Grenadier range which will be available in six models with pricing starting from $84,500.

Mitsubishi Releases new Triton

Mitsubishi will release an updated 2022 Triton in the coming months with a range of new features.

The updated Triton will come with a price rise with the 4x4 GLX Double Cab Chassis, GLX Single Cab Chassis and the GLX Club Cab Chassis all now $1000 dearer.

The GSR Double Cab Pick-Up will go on sale at $55,690 which is over $2,000 more expensive than the current model.
