The All American Muscle Car Show was held at Memorial Park, The Entrance on Sunday 22 May 2011. Over 130 vehicles supported the event including 72 Mustangs, plus T/birds, Fairlane, Lincoln, Cobra, Edsal, Chevrolets including 12 Camaros, Corvettes, Chevelle's Mopar, Dodge Challenger, Charger, Phoenix, 2010 6.1 Hemi Plymouth Barracuda, Super Bee, Prowler, Oldsmobile, Studebaker, Cadillac, DiTomaso, Buick, hot rods etc,
Awards were presented to the following.
* Best Roadster - 32 Ford.
* Best Sedan - Oldsmobile
* Best Paint - Camaro
* Best Convertible - 57 Chev - Owner Tom Broadbent has owned the car more than 20 years. He had restored it.
* Best coupe - 1963 Studebaker Daytona. (Picture attached) Restored for 2 years - One of only two in Australia Has been in the family for 20 years.
* Best Original - Ford Thunderbird
* Best Mustang - 1970 Mustang Boss 302. (Picture attached) Owner - Steve Jackman member MOCA NSW.
Also included in the attached photos is events organiser Norm Moore's outstanding 68 Elenore Mustang (Just completed a 3 year restoration).
This show is staged in an excellent location and well attended by participants and spectators. Thanks to Norm Moore and his able volunteers the day runs smoothly. The show is another example of Norm's commitment to do whatever he does with commitment and detail.
The American Muscle Car Show has become an annual event due to its success and popularity.
