Hi!

I'm looking to purchase a 1965 Pontiac that's currently in California and was wondering if anyone had dealt with either of these companies before?

Memory Lane Appraisals - for pre-purchase inspections in California
http://www.memorylaneappraisals.com/

or

EDI International Freight Management Pty Ltd
http://www.edicustoms.com.au/ - for shipping vehicle from dealer to Melbourne, Australia.

Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Hi there,

Ameroz Imports is a Melbourne based supporter of CarsofAustralia and has a listing in our Parts & Services under the Shipping & Freight Services section so you may like to consider them for shipping your car from the USA.

LINK: http://www.carsofaustralia.com.au/parts_and_services.php?details=5268

They ship from Long Beach on the West Coast as well as from the East Coast to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Fremantle. Price to ship a car from the USA start from $2750.

If you would like a quote or any assistance with plans to import your Pontiac from the USA give Leanne Hart (General Manager) a call on 03 8762 7109 Email: lee@Ameroz.com.au or contact Jules Bouchard on 0438 409 405 who is the National Sales and Marketing Manager for Ameroz Imports - Email: jules@ameroz.com.au

You might also like to take a look at the list of International Freight companies on the CarsofAustralia website. There is a summary of the various businesses in Australia that are offering car shipping services from the USA. There is quite a variation in the quoted costs to ship a vehicle from the USA with the usual port of loading in the prices quoted being Los Angeles or New York.
