Exhaust gas recirculation valve issue on BT-50
Mazda Australia is applying software updates to 850 Mazda BT-50 ute with an exhaust gas recirculation valve the cause of potential issues on the vehicles.
The fault has also affected the Isuzu D-Max ute which shares the same engine with Mazda.
Isuzu placed a ‘stop sale’ notice on the D-Max two months ago.
Mazda Australia has adopted a deferent approach on the BT-50 ute and have just issued a technical bulletin to dealers advising them of the software problem. |
