A. It is a sixteen cylinder W engine, of four rows of four cylinders, and is created by joining two imaginary VR8-engined 15° cylinder banks at the crankcase, and placed on a single crankshaft, with each cylinder 'double-bank' now at a 90° vee-angle.
The 16 Cylinder engine develops 736 kilowatts (1,001 PS; 987 bhp) @ 6,000 rpm; a staggering 1,250 newton metres of torque that could pull tree-stumps out of the ground (922 ft·lbf) @ 2,200-5,500 rpm; and achieves a top speed of 406 kilometres per hour (252.3 mph).
