BMW DRIVER TRAINING FOR 2009

BMW Driver Training will host traffic and car control skills training sessions at four locations around Australia in 2009. Australia’s premium driver training experience will visit Phillip Island in Victoria, Eastern Creek in New South Wales, Barbagallo in Western Australia and Queensland Raceway during the course of the year.

The course dates for the first six months of 2009 have been confirmed.

In 2008, more than 1,200 participants will have learned safer road craft techniques and honed their car control skills under the watchful eyes of BMW Driver Training Chief Instructor, Geoff Brabham, and a similar number is expected for 2009.

NEW GENERATION OF SUBARU FORESTER

Subaru has launched its new generation Forester offering economy, safety, style and All-Wheel Drive fun in a more spacious, high value package. The best-selling vehicle in Subaru’s range is expanding its appeal with a striking new look, clever cabin refinements, enhanced efficiency and comfort.

It is significantly stronger, yet more frugal, offering fuel consumption improvements of up to 7.8 per cent. In line with the entire Subaru range, Forester achieves a maximum five-star rating for occupant protection in independent crashworthiness testing by the Australasian New Car Assessment Program (ANCAP). It has also gained a three-star pedestrian rating.
